Can I use Aluminium foil in oven for baking?

Aluminum foil is oven-safe and is ideal for lining baking sheets. However, it is not recommended to use foil to line the bottom of the oven to catch spills or drips, as it can melt over high heat and damage the oven. For best foil use, cook food on the grill.
